LNGTechnical data
The specification, in detail.
| Parameter | Technical specification |
|---|---|
| Size range | NPS 1/2-3 |
| Pressure ratings | ASME Class 150-1500 |
| Temperature range | -196 to +80°C |
| Construction | Top-entry floating ball; extended bonnet |
| Operation | Manual lever / gearbox selection |
| Medium | LNG / LPG; exact process medium to specify |
Nominal pressure and ASME class are different rating systems. Confirm the pressure–temperature rating for the selected material and design.

| Connection detail | Connection / selection requirement |
|---|---|
| Connection options | RF flanged / butt weld (BW) |
| Mating interface | Confirm end standard, facing or weld preparation, pipe dimensions and installation envelope. |
The illustration shows one configuration. Published connection alternatives are options for enquiry; their availability depends on size, rating, material and design. Installation dimensions come from the drawing, not the illustration.
Materials
From body to seal.
| Component | Material / option |
|---|---|
| Body | Stainless steel; SS316 / CF8M options to select |
| Seats and packing | Low-temperature seal system to specify |
Published material alternatives are configuration-dependent. H.F. denotes hard facing; the exact grade and material certificates are confirmed with the offer.
Selection notes
Defined around your application.
- Floating-ball closure
- Top-entry service cover
- Extended stem with manual operation
| Engineering data | Configuration requirement |
|---|---|
| Seat and relief arrangement | Confirm pressure direction, seat/seal materials and cavity pressure relief for the selected medium. |
| Integration | Confirm operator load, maintenance clearance, end standard and approved outline. |
Series limits guide enquiry and are not verified availability or approved operating limits for every size, pressure and operator combination. Confirm the selected design and pressure-temperature rating.
The NPS span is used because a published DN equivalent is inconsistent. Request the exact bore and connection dimensions.
Published ratings do not establish suitability for every listed medium. Oxygen cleaning, material compatibility, trapped-liquid relief and project approvals are specified for the selected assembly. Liquid-hydrogen and helium service require a separate temperature and material review.
